The amount of debt is subjected to collection for the services rendered in December 2008 - August 2009 for services directed to the electric power transmission in the amount of RUR 601 million.

On December 30, 2009 the Arbitration tribunal of the Vologda Region satisfied the suit of IDGC of North-West on behalf of the branch of “Vologdaenergo” to OJSC “Vologda selling company”. By the decision of the tribunal the Vologda selling company is to pay the amount of debt for the electric power transmission services rendered in December 2008 – August 2009 in the amount of RUR 601 million.   

Besides, by the decision of the court for the benefit of IDGC of North-West the Vologda selling company was to pay the amount of per cent for use of the foreign money means in the amount of RUR 41.2 million

The court approved legal the account of IDGC of North-West by the determination of the cost of rendered services on the basis of the amount of the applied capacity accounted during the tariff regulation as far as the given amount was not coordinated with the parties of the agreement due to OJSC “Vologda selling company”.

We shall note that the basis for the lawsuit is the activities of OJSC “Vologda selling company” which by the decision of the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Vologda Region as of December 1 of 2009 were considered the violation of the legislation on the protection of the competition.
