Moscow, Russia - July 15, 2014 - Sistema JSFC ("Sistema" or the "Company") (LSE: SSA), the largest publicly-traded diversified holding company in Russia and the CIS, announces that it has received a notice from OJSC REESTR about restrictions on transactions with the shares of Bashneft OJSC owned by Sistema. The restrictions do not however limit Sistema's voting rights, right to receive dividends or any other shareholder rights. The restrictions are related to an investigation, which Sistema is not party to, and with which the Company plans to fully cooperate.
