PJSC “LUKOIL” Press Service announces registration of the mineral license by the RF Federal Agency for Subsoil Use. The license entitles PJSC “LUKOIL” to use subsoil assets for exploration and production of hydrocarbons within a federal plot, incorporating D33 oil field in the Baltic Sea.

The license is issued upon the RF Government Executive Order No.246-p of 18 February 2016 (see PJSC “LUKOIL” press-release, dated 20 February 2016).
