A new service center opened in the settlement of Krasny Profintern (Yaroslavl Region, Russia). The inhabitants are now enabled to avail themselves of the full spectrum of telecommunications services. One can presently send a telegram, make a long-distance or international call, pay up telephone and apartment wired-radio charges, check up telephone set, obtain access to Internet, and to apply for telephone installation, on the spot.
By tradition, no service center opening can do without gifts. This time, Mrs. V.P. Zakharchenko, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945) was provided with a free telephone set and free line installation.
Last year, PJSC Yartelecom, supported by the Yaroslavl Region administration, mounted over 600 telephones for the disabled and veterans of the Great Patriotic War, and another 100 phone sets - in the first quarter of the current year.
