Moscow, 26 May 2005. Power has been fully restored to consumers in the city of Moscow and the Moscow Region as at 14:00 hours. All restrictions have been lifted.

Before that, power was restored to consumers in the Tula Region, Kaluga Region, and Ryazan Region. Power consumption in these regions' energy systems is in accordance with the schedule.
