ALROSA has published
its 15th Annual
Sustainability Report, outlining the Company’s strategy,
operational scale and 2025 performance across key sustainability
areas. The Report also highlights ALROSA’s contribution to Russian
National Development Priorities and the UN Sustainable Development
Goals.
“Over the past year, ALROSA has once again
demonstrated its ability to operate effectively in a rapidly changing
environment and to address complex challenges and risks. The Company
not only maintained its leading position in the global diamond mining
industry and delivered solid financial results, but also strengthened
its commitment to sustainable development as national non-financial
reporting standards continue to evolve. Responsible business
practices have provided the Company with important advantages,
enabling us to adapt quickly to changes in the global diamond market,
build an effective system for managing sustainability-related risks
and seek new opportunities. The well-being of local communities, the
environmental matters and cultural heritage in the regions where we
operate remain our top priority, as reflected in our ongoing
efforts’’, said Pavel Marinychev, CEO of ALROSA.
