According to the prepared in accordance with the Russian Accounting Standards statements for 1Q 2026, net profit of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC (the ticker – MRKP) increased by 31,2% and amounted to 8,7 bln RUB. The growth in the net profit was due to a 15,7% increase in revenue from electricity transmission services, as well as the implementation of measures to optimize operating costs and reduce electricity losses.

The Company’s revenue for 1Q 2026 increased by 14,3% to 45,3 bln RUB, including from electricity transmission services – 43,8 bln RUB. Cost of sales amounted to 34,0 bln RUB (an increase of 11,8%).

According to the Company’s performance results for 3 months of 2026, accounts receivable decreased by 3,4 bln RUB and amounted to 17,4 bln RUB
